I was doubtful about this little gem due to previous experiences with similar products, but I am happily proven wrong. I was willing to try this item out of desperation as I can no longer rely on OTC medicine to help mitigate my monthly discomfort.1. It gets hot! The second setting is plenty hot so that I can feel the heat through my clothes and typically I use electric heating pads directly on my skin (needing to remove it every so often to prevent redness).2. The vibration is well-timed. I use the third level and the pattern of the vibration is the best thing I have ever felt for this type of pain. Within minutes the pain had subsided to tolerable levels. The vibration is loud and you would not be able to use it around other people, but for home is a miracle worker!3. Yes, the box has eye-raising comments for its romantic wrapping. However, it did not come across as romantic to me. It looks to be a gift wrapping for a young girl going through her first period in the old-fashioned style of Oh! It's your special day! You are a women now! Personally, at my age, it made me laugh.I hope this device is as helpful for others as it has been for me!

So I really like this product for my chronic pain with endometriosis my group I'm in recommended I give it a try, the fact that it's portable makes it so much better and really early to start moving around when i finally feel like im able to. It gets really hot even on the base setting but that's perfect for me especially as I used hot water bottles with nearly boiled water, people without chronic cramps might wanna put a a tissue or a bit of thin fabric between it and you (shockingly helps alot). I would and will be recommending this to people. Also it helps with my back pain that i suffer due to scoliosis and with the massage it helps that. 10/10 amazing product as I can use it at work without anyone knowing

Very nice product, it has 3 heat and vibration settings which can be used together or seperately. I suggest wearing this device over a top since setting 1 is really toasty. I like having options of the other 2 heat settings which are hotter. The vibrations are strong enough, this belt is good for cramps and other ache muscles. The belt can be a little tricky to unclasp so do be careful when pushing the clasp button down while pulling out the belt. Activate your lifetime warranty too, this device is worth it and high marks for customer service. I emailed them today and my warranty was activated the same day.

I did not expect this device to work so well. To tell you the truth, I forgot about it. Then I started cramping beyond all life know to man. I had already taken Advil😒, but my cramps were like, “You know what it is.” Unbeknownst to me, because I still don’t know what it is that causes them, but eureka I remember ran (as slowly as possible w/out agitating the evil cramps) to my computer room, and voila it was on top of my computer desk waiting. I went back to my bedroom opened it up and pressed the power button which gave a smooth vibration. My brain was like nooooo, no noise😩, so I pressed and turned it off, then pressed the other button which heated immediately. Ahhhh 😌, it honestly did melt away, it subsided, but keep in mind cramps are evil 👿 so they were lingering in the background waiting for me to turn off the device (nope). Bed time 🥱. I highly recommend this product, very easy to use, painless, and wonderful 😌.

 My wife uses water bottles and it has helped alot! But she hates holding them on ... This is like having one connected to your waste and she can control the temp too!

A very suitable gift for my girlfriend. It can be a good warming and massage. It heats up very fast. The vibration massage is also very comfortable. The overall color is pink. It is very cute. My girlfriend likes it very much. I am also very happy😃
